Meditation Resources

The Body Scan is a guided meditation intended to increase awareness of the body. It is one of the core components of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

30 min ~ Instructions are provided from 00:00-3:45. The first time you practice, please listen to the instructions, in full. After that, it might be useful to skip to the practice, which begins at 3:45.
